Candice thrives on creating new stories for the future of work and our planet with courageous individuals, projects and organisations. Her expertise lies in igniting individuals and groups to generate their best independent thinking – to unleash their own inner expert.
Candice was born in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She has worked as a facilitator and coach with a range of public service and private sector organisations and individuals in contexts of societal change and transformation in Africa and Australasia. Her experience in unleashing human potential spans over twenty years. She played a key role in establishing Time To Think Ltd’s new South African office in her role as Business Manager. Candice trained the first Time To Think Collegiate in Australia in 2009, inspiring the decision to emigrate from South Africa in 2012. Developing the new Australasian Collegiate has been a peak experience as a Time To Think Global Faculty member. In addition to developing practitioners, she facilitates groups and individuals to usher in new ways of working and being which challenge assumptions and embody diversity, equality and well-being of people and the planet. She lives in Melbourne with her husband Peter.
