I work as a trainer/facilitator and run my coaching practice in Berlin, Germany. My professional background is in sociology, with further studies and work experience in the field of development cooperation. The inspiration for my work comes from Thich Nhat Hanh and Otto Sharmer’s Theory U.
I am passionate about working with people who are ready for self-discovery, through deep reflection and engagement with their own life. I see Time to Think as a mindful coaching approach, based on compassion and loving kindness. I consider that this way of being with others can contribute to the promotion of peace, transformation and healing both for individuals and on a larger scale.
