Listener
of the Year Award 2010 – Nancy Kline
Awarded by the International Listening Association, the ‘Listener of the
Year Award’ is presented to nationally or internationally prominent
listeners who epitomise the highest standards and principles of effective
listening.

Nancy
Kline was nominated in both the Influence and Impacting categories.
The award for Influencing reflects, acknowledges and recognises an
individual who has demonstrated being a leader/ambassador within the industry,
having influenced the development, expansion and therefore achievement and
growth of coaching as a profession.
The award for Impacting recognises an individual who has pioneered the
development and use of coaching based philosophies that significantly benefit
society, along with ethically demonstrating the benefits coaching based
relationships can deliver to the wider community.
