Adam has been involved in facilitation and coaching of some form for over 15 years. Adam attempts to employ both EQ and IQ in his work. He completed a Masters in Criminology in 2011 and has spent a number of years trying to turn a broad humanities education into a meaningful and financially successful career. Based on what he has learnt over this time, he has chosen to specialise in providing career coaching and academic coaching. He provides career coaching to school-leavers, young adults and those going through mid-career changes. While he provides academic coaching to people working through post-graduate research programs. The aim of all of his coaching is to provide space for his clients’ best thinking and ideas to surface, supporting them to develop their best ideas and best work
