Alison McCallum practices in the broad field of Corporate Responsibility, where she uses her training as a social scientist, mediator and facilitator to support conversations and collaboration across a broad range of stakeholders ranging from businesses, to NGOs, to local communities. Alisons work also focusses on building capacity within organisations to better manage social complexity and ensure more transparent, resilient relationships with their key stakeholders. In this work, the Time To Think tools play a critical role in bringing equity into the thinking space, and enabling people to think afresh and more innovatively about the issues they face.
