I have worked as a freelance coach and facilitator for the last 35+ years, with a hugely diverse client base. That has included sailing organisations and universities, multinational corporations and small charities, and many others.
My adventures in the Thinking Environment started with reading Time to Think and then attending one of Nancy Kline’s Thinking Partnership programmes. To my surprise, that impacted my work with groups as much as my coaching work.
I have continued my training in, and practice of, the Thinking Environment, and now take great pleasure in training others to do so. I have used this approach to design and run leadership programmes, to facilitate executive team meetings, to coach a very diverse range of individuals, from university Vice Chancellors to front line clerical staff, and to supervise other practitioners.
I am now running the whole suite of Thinking Environment programmes at our home and office in the Lake District, which provides an ideal environment for thinking. My website at https://www.andrew-scott.net/thinking-partnership has the details of forthcoming programmes. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to think about any of this with me.
