People are unique and competent: People have all the resources and abilities they need within them and that they may need some help to find it, bring it out and use it to best advantage.

The dark days are where growth happens: There are times in life that appear dark and difficult; hard as they may feel, these times are important for growth and opportunity.

Take responsibility to make the difference: The person with the most flexibility in their attitude and behaviours has the most control in any situation and is most likely to achieve their goals.
