Currently, Ashley oversees portfolio business development (apprenticeships) at Cranfield School of Management. He is also the lead tutor for personal development at the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary University of London’s degree apprenticeship programmes. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, change management, business development, strategic and tactical marketing, and student recruitment in higher education. He also specialises in personal development, coaching, facilitation and collaborating with management and leadership teams. In addition to a BSc (Hons) in Hospitality Management and Related Services, Ashley holds both an Executive MBA and an MSc in Business and Management Research from Henley Business School.
