After 20 years as HR Director for Mazars LLP, a top 10 Accountancy practice, Brendan moved into the role of Internal Executive & Performance Coach, working with Partners at all levels within the Firm, as well as with those individuals on Partner track.
Brendan obtained his coaching qualification, Professional Certificate in Coaching, through Henley Business School in 2017 and is an Associate Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council [EMCC]. He is also a member of the EMCC’s Professional Services Network, working with fellow professionals from top Accountancy and Law Firms to develop coaching capability in Professional Services Firms. Brendan qualified as a Time To Think Coach in June 2019.
