Carolyn is a certified Time to Think Facilitator, Coach, Thinking Partnership teacher and Consultant.
As a qualified therapist and leadership coach working with entrepreneurs in the creative industries and leaders across the corporate and public sectors, Carolyn’s approach is grounded in the Thinking Environment and is also informed by Polyvagal Theory – “the science of feeling safe enough to fall in love with life and take the risks of living”. This allows her to integrate a positive and forward-facing coaching approach with elements of therapeutic rebalancing, to strengthen potential and enable change.
Carolyn has been delighted to see the impact of the 10 components and the applications in transforming meetings in a variety of organisations including social enterprise, public sector and teams within the complementary health and counselling sectors.
Carolyn is also an MBTI step 1 assessor working with individuals and teams to illuminate and utilise their different preferences and strengths.
She has designed and delivered a range of professional development training for counsellors including working proactively with young people, an introduction to coaching for BACP and a co-designed EMCC Coaching Senior Practitioner level training which secured the European Quality Award. She has written on a variety of related topics in coaching magazines as well as contributing to a chapter in the book Personal Consultancy.
