In 2020 I established Catherine Bailey Thomas Consulting. Not long after this I was introduced to Nancy Kline’s work. It captured my heart and mind and from that moment I began my Thinking Environment journey. I have experienced the joy of training with Faculty members Laura Williams and Claire Andrews and am delighted to have qualified as a Thinking Environment coach. In a few months I hope to qualify as a Facilitator.
I provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring in person and online. This is rooted in solid experience of coaching and mentoring during my 20 year career in politics at Wales, Westminster and European level; and also in leading and key roles in women’s and children’s rights. Now I offer these services in a Thinking Environment.
I have campaigned for diversity, inclusion, equality and equitable outcomes throughout my life. As a natural confidence builder, I enjoy supporting people who want to discover or rediscover theirs. I relish doing this in a Thinking Environment and witnessing clients as they experience light bulb moments due to their own magnificent, independent thinking.
