As a passionate advocate of life-long learning, Catherine believes individuals are often capable of far more than they realise. She has been delighted to see how using the Thinking Environment approach in coaching enables people to access their potential quickly and in a way that can profoundly change their outlook. She believes that coaching provides a unique space that enables individuals to do their best thinking and see new opportunities.
Catherine has experience of coaching professionals and leaders with a variety of backgrounds and experiences and has successfully supported clients through career transition experiences enabling them to achieve their potential when transitioning in new roles.
