Chitra is a learning designer, facilitator, coach and change management leader in her professional life, with 20 years of overall experience in learning and organisational development. She has designed key organisational change programs in the HR space, designed and managed large global training programs, led the learning and talent development function and has facilitated numerous learning and reflective dialogue spaces for her stakeholders in her organisations. She is a certified Time to Think facilitator and coach and is keen to help clients create a thinking environment for themselves, their teams and communities. She is also sometimes a hermit by day and bookworm by night.
