Dr Louise van Rhyn is a social entrepreneur, leadership and organisational development practitioner and movement leader.
She holds a Doctorate in Complex Social Change and is the designer of Partners for Possibility– an innovative nation building & leadership development process for business and school leaders in South Africa. So far more than 3,400 leaders have benefited and more than 1.5 million lives have been touched.
Louise is an experienced consultant and facilitator with more than 35 years experience in strategy, change, leadership and organisational development. She has supported many leaders in small and large organisations across many industries in South Africa, UK, Europe and the USA. She loves working with leaders who are committed to co-create organisations where people are able to make their best contribution.
