Elaine has spent her career supporting a broad range of complex organizations and individuals of diverse backgrounds to raise their level of consciousness and achieve a collective sense of accomplishment. She has held HR Director roles in a number of multinational organisations in Ireland and the UK, before setting up her own people development business, CareerVision Ltd. in 2007.
Elaine is now a trusted learning and development partner and coach to many senior executives and teams in organisations throughout Ireland/EMEA and globally (virtually). She builds great trust with clients and guides them on a journey of self-discovery and growth, in a way that is both sensitive and strong. As a Time to Think Facilitator, she has adapted a very successful approach for virtual workshops and meetings, that creates a psychologically safe space for all voices to be heard and fresh thinking to emerge.
She is passionate about helping leaders grow in self-awareness, increase their emotional engagement and accelerate their performance through times of change. She works extensively with multi-cultural clients in the pharma, medtech and bio technology sectors and is keenly aware of the behaviours demanded by these organisations to be successful.
She is the mother of three daughters, and from a personal as well as a professional perspective, is passionate about supporting females to discover their unique gifts and close any gaps that hold them back from positions of leadership.
She holds MSc in Career Management & Counselling from the University of London, and BA Human Resources. She is registered with the British Psychological Society to conduct a broad number of psychometric assessments including Insights Discovery, EQi, Hogan among others.
