Emily is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has worked with organisations for 25 years to help them to work better. Having first read Nancy’s book over ten years ago, she is now delighted to have qualified as a Time to Think facilitator and has both felt and witnessed the difference that applying the ten principles has made to her work and the impact that it has. She works with mostly technical and engineering organisations, helping them to learn how to grow through creating environments that foster wellbeing, improve safety, and maximise performance.
