Erin works with senior leaders who recognize the need to do things differently, so their teams can
co-create what the world of tomorrow needs. Engaging warmth, energy, and focus, she creates and holds spaces for conversations that encourage independent thinking, enhance personal and team awareness, and bring strategic clarity. These conversations help senior teams cocreate and realize their collective purpose by identifying and facing the changes needed to lead their organizations into the future.

A strong commitment to lifelong learning allows Erin to integrate multiple perspectives from a range of disciplines. Deep agricultural roots inspire her love of nature and desire to bring its innate intelligence to life in business. Throughout her corporate career, Erin held a range of leadership positions with SaskTel and senior leadership positions with Farm Credit Canada. Here she partnered with others to cocreate and renew business functions, build, and implement organizational strategies, navigate change, and align cross-functional teams to achieve lasting impact. She continues to work with the leaders of today.

Erin holds an Associate of Applied Arts in Design and Merchandising and has executive-level education in marketing from the Queens School of Business.
