Gavin has been working as an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Mediator since 2004. His coaching practice integrates Leadership, team, group and international telephonic coaching. He holds B.Bus.Sci and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town, is an admitted Attorney of the High court of South Africa, has a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching through the Coaching Centre, is an accredited Time to Think Coach and has been trained in Process Work coaching and facilitation programmes (2007-2011). Gavin designs and delivers coaching interventions as well as supervising and training coaches
Gavin has a wide range of coaching and facilitation experience across the following industries: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Advertising, Retail I.T., NGO’s, Government, Entrepreneurial Ventures,the Motor Vehicle and Petroleum industries. His Executive Coaching experience both nationally and internationally (in over 12 countries), includes coaching at the level of Regional and Country Manager, Director, Director General, General Manager and Board level in the Private, Government, and NGO sectors. Gavin is a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa), the Global Coaching Community and lectures in Coaching, facilitates coaching supervision groups and has assisted in developing coaching programmes at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP)
