As a former lawyer, now executive coach, facilitator, mentor and consultant Hannah has embedded and interweaves the Time to Think philosophy, components and process into all of her professional practice. Her purpose is to enable her client’s independent thinking through her listening, presence and enquiry.
Hannah attended her first Time To Think training experience with Ruth McCarthy in 2013 and realised immediately the alignment of the Time to Think philosophy to her values; and, way of working. Hannah is now a certified Time To Think Coach, Facilitator and Thinking Partnership Teacher.
As a 1-1 coach and mentor, Hannah creates the conditions for her clients to access, and rely upon, their own independent thinking, with confidence. She encourages them to explore their options, find their own solutions; and, accordingly to make better decisions.??
In her consulting, facilitation and team coaching work she creates the conditions for teams and groups to transform how they collaborate and build their creative capacity.???She enjoys introducing the Thinking Environment to a variety of team and individual contexts – and seeing the change it can make.
Hannah trained and qualified as a lawyer in Dublin in 1992; practicing both in Dublin and Sydney Australia. On return to Ireland she practiced as a Partner with McCann FitzGerald in Dublin where she established and led the Professional Development area within the Firm – focusing on leadership, talent and team development. She founded her own boutique consulting and coaching business in 2008 and now collaborates with a range of associates and colleagues.
Hannah has long-standing relationships with corporate clients in Professional Services, Financial Services, Technology, Sport, Professional and State Bodies; also with The Law Society, The Bar of Ireland and the Judicial Council. She has equally trusted relationships with senior executives and partners on a private client basis; and, provides a niche service in coaching talent into senior executive and partner roles.
