Heather is an experienced international executive coach and facilitator with extensive
coaching, leadership training and development skills. Becoming a Time to Think Coach has enhanced her joy of coaching and the Thinking Environment model has informed her work since then. Heather works independently, as well as in association with the Oxford Said Business School (SBS), LeaderShape, and the OCM. She is passionate about creating a culture of deep listening in her clients and in their organisations. She works with CEO’s executives and middle management leaders as well as MBA’s and Executive MBAs and international leaders attending SBS Executive Management courses. Her clients come from various sectors including manufacturing, engineering, science, biotechnology, health, finance, telecommunications and education with a diverse range of issues and challenges. She brings to her work a unique blend of nineteen years business experience in marketing support, sales, training, and product management with IBM in South Africa and ten years education, training and practice as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working as a family systems therapist in Washington DC and New York. She grew up in South Africa and is a graduate of Witwatersrand University, Johannesburg and the University of South Africa (UNISA). She also graduated later with a Social Work Masters Degree (MSW), from Catholic University of America, Washington DC; and a Post Graduate Diploma in Family and Couples Therapy, from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP), Manhattan, New York. Heather brings empathy warmth, challenge and support to her clients. Many say that when they leave a session they feel lighter and more positive about things.
