Joanne is London based and has been working in clinical research for over 25 years in both the NHS and University sectors, working with senior academics and clinicians. She is currently Chief Operating Officer for the NW London Clinical Research Network and has more than 20 years of executive and board level experience. She is deeply curious about people and what motivates them and really values the opportunity to help others achieve their goals through coaching and facilitation. She is a Time to Think Coach and Facilitator and a qualified mindfulness teacher and Master NLP Practitioner. She has trained in positive psychology coaching with Animas and with the NHS Leadership Academy in ethical coaching and mentoring. She is currently working toward an ILM 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and has coached within the NHS, civil service, charity and commercial sectors including clients at CEO and Company Director level. Joanne is interested in exploring how the coaching relationship can be enriched by deep attention and a mindful approach and is motivated by making a difference in the world.
