I am a Time to Think Facilitator and an Ashridge accredited Executive Coach. I have a strong relational, appreciative and commercial focus to my practice. I have been working with senior teams and individuals for over twenty years in a number of diverse sectors, including Corporates, Not for Profit Organisations, Professional Service Firms and Manufacturing Companies.
I enjoy providing a safe, neutral space for people to listen differently and to think for themselves more confidently. I help them to envisage new futures and move purposefully towards the outcomes they want to achieve. With rigour and humour, we work together to build upon strengths, resolve conflicts, find fresh perspectives and discover creative solutions.
