Julia is passionate about supporting people grow and develop, as she fundamentally believes that we can achieve whatever we want too if we choose to do so. This is what led her to be an Executive Coach and more recently a Coaching Supervisor. She is an accredited Master Practitioner Coach with the EMCC, a PCC certified coach with the ICF and an EMCC accredited coaching supervisor. She has worked with senior leaders, middle-managers and future leaders in both the Public and Private Sectors. Alongside her coaching and supervision practice she is a visiting tutor at Henley Business School teaching on the coaching certificate, the MSc and heads up the coaching supervision programme. Julia’s coaching work focuses on working with individuals to take off their blinkers to expand and deepen self-awareness, to identify existing strengths, new options, and choices. She has a deep interest in self-awareness and how it helps us develop and grow, by enabling firstly self-connection and then connection with others. This approach is underpinned by her PhD research into Self-Awareness. Working with Julia will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of self, your impact on others and develop new thinking and insight to support your journey towards success for yourself and the systems you live and work in.
Julia was inspired by the Thinking Environment Approach having spent a day with Nancy whilst at Henley Business School; she is keen to bring the approach into organizations to create the space for quality thinking.
