I’m a coach, facilitator, therapist, writer / editor, public speaker, and teacher with a passion for listening. My work includes supporting independent thinking, culture change, climate and nature engagement, and building resources and skills for leaders, teams, coaches and therapists as they navigate the multiple challenges of our changing times.

Global Faculty at Time to Think, teaching the profound and powerful first level and professional qualifying courses in the Thinking Environment,  I’m a “Work that Reconnects” facilitator, running workshops, courses and climate cafes and speaking on climate and eco psychology, climate and mental health, climate coaching & leadership.  I created the conversation framework “With the Earth in Mind” and the facilitation framework “Seven Elements for Meeting the Climate and Nature Crisis Together” which aim to help people to engage in meaningful, supportive  dialogue and move from a sense of isolation to a sense of participation, as they grow in appreciation of the value of strong communities.

I am a board member of the Climate Psychology Alliance, Psychology Adviser to the National Emergency Briefing and a registered, accredited member and fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP/FBACP). I also have a Masters in Strategic HR Management, and am a former nurse (SRN, RSCN).
