My work includes supporting independent thinking, culture change, climate change engagement and building resources and skills for leaders, teams, coaches and therapists as they navigate the multiple challenges of our changing times.
Global Faculty at Time to Think, teaching the profound and powerful first level and professional qualifying courses in the Thinking Environment, I’m a “Work that Reconnects” facilitator, running workshops, courses and climate cafes and speaking on climate and eco psychology, climate anxiety, climate coaching & climate leadership. Through these I help people to engage in meaningful dialogue and move from a sense of isolation to a sense of participation, as they grow in appreciation of the value of strong communities.
I am a speaker and trainer with Extinction Rebellion, a registered member and fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP/FBACP), have a Masters in Strategic HR Management, and am a former nurse (SRN, RSCN). I am a BACP media spokesperson for climate anxiety, trauma and mental health.« Back
