With 25 years’ experience covering 1:1 executive coaching, leadership team coaching, facilitation, training and organisation development, Linda has worked with all types of organisations, including entrepreneurial start-ups, not-for-profits and international blue chips. Prior to that she had a 14 year career in healthcare, sales and recruitment, including several years as a manager.
Linda is the founder & MD of Coaching for Leaders, an international consultancy supporting leaders to bring about change, accelerate progress, improve and sustain performance, create meaningful growth, and build teams that really work like teams. Together they create environments where people and results thrive side by side, drawing largely on the Thinking Environment.
Alongside her corporate work for organisations including the BBC, Expedia, PwC, Discovery, the NHS, and numerous smaller enterprises and not for profits, as a member of the Time to Think Global Faculty Linda teaches and accredits executive coaches and facilitators specifically wishing to take the exciting Thinking Environment approach into organisations. She also supports coaches in developing their ongoing practice through individual and group supervision.
Linda is Chair of the Coach Panel at the New Entrepreneurs Foundation, a founding member of the Association for Coaching and founder and former chair of the BACP’s Coaching Division. She thrives on learning and is dually accredited by APECS as an executive coach and supervisor and by BACP as a counsellor/psychotherapist. She also has a Masters in Strategic HRM and was awarded a Fellowship of BACP in 2012.
