I have an established track record as an innovative and highly capable leader who partners with people for social impact. This includes leveraging individual talent, creating cohesive teams and constructing an enabling environment so that the organisation achieves its mission. I am best suited to situations which require innovation, transformation, and/or acceleration. I exercise my life-long passion for teaching and learning through mentoring business school students, coaching business leaders, and delivering leadership development programmes. I was introduced to Nancy Kline’s work in 2006, and found it’s transformational process and impact fits seamlessly with my approach to authentic leadership development.
I work for Challenge Partners, an educational charity whose mission is to increase the life chances of all children, especially the most disadvantaged, through enabling collaboration between schools and trusts. I am responsible for the management of knowledge exchange processes across partner networks and programmes and the co-creation of new school improvement programmes.« Back
