Marion’s clients come to her at times of transition, growth and change. She routinely works as a coach and consultant with Senior Executives and their teams, seeing her role as providing the space and stimulus for enhanced individual, team and organisational performance.
She would describe her coaching purpose as creating confidence and belief, through enabling independent thinking. Marion’s signature style is one of compassion and warmth, whilst encouraging clients to go beyond what they believe is possible.
Marion has 30+ years business experience. She spent 11 years with a global business in senior HR roles, before she set up her own coaching and consulting business in 2010.
Marion obtained the Professional Certificate in Coaching with Henley Business School in 2011 and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
As a certified Time to Think Coach, she would say that her work as both a coach and a consultant has been transformed by her application of the principles and philosophy of The Thinking Environment.
