Having held director level HR positions and managed large teams in multi-national organisations across a breadth of sectors from FMCG to aerospace and from engineering to education, Marian currently works with clients ranging from large global FTSE 100 organisations to small local charities and individuals, throughout the UK and overseas. She has a reputation among her clients for being outcome driven and results focused, honest and insightful, able to bring order from confusion and remaining calm under pressure.
