After 25 years as a partner in a large regional firm of solicitors, Matthew set up his own business as a coach in 2006, working with professional service organisations including regional and City of London law firms, accountants and land agents, and also with farmers. He has an MSc in coaching and development from the University of Portsmouth and is accredited by the European and Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner Coach. In 2013, Matthew heard Nancy Kline speak at an Association for Coaching conference and was immediately hooked. He is now a Time to Think coach and, so far as possible, positions all his coaching work within the Thinking Environment. Based in Norwich, he works all over the UK
