Michelle is a registered nurse and hom?????opathy. She has worked in a diverse range of general/mental health settings in Australia and the UK before specialising in Acute Mental Health Care twenty years ago. Being a dynamic part of a team and working with people to support them in their restoration to health are the most rewarding aspects of these roles. Working as a hom?????opathy for over ten years has enabled her to deepen communication skills and interactions in the one-to-one therapeutic relationship. Four years as National President of the Australian Hom?????opathy Association and current Chair to the International Council for Homeopathy has enhanced skills of communicating within a team and qualities associated with management. The Thinking Environment provides the framework and tools that Michelle has witnessed profoundly transform the experience for people in all kinds of interactions – from one to one sessions to health care meetings and training sessions. Michelle????????s aim is to support people in her practice to think for themselves and to think well together; to own the outcome of their thinking and feel confident with their knowing. She would love to support the health service and anyone involved in healthcare to become Thinking Environments for the benefit of themselves, the staff and clients.
