Nadia Mason is passionate about people development. The Time To Think theory and processes underpins her Coaching and Facilitation services. She has 21 years entrepreneurial experience in Executive Recruitment, Executive Search and HR Consulting, and is a recipient of the Business Person of the Year Award. Her recruitment focus was geared to the South African Transformational Strategy, resulting in the attraction and placement of Black People Talent in South African businesses. Currently, Nadia works as a Coach and Facilitator, building trust and respect based relationships with individuals, pairs and small to large in-tact teams, to ignite their thinking, so that they can journey within themselves, safely, to become more present to the incredible beings they are and function more fully in their job roles. Thinking partnerships, paired thinking, team dialogue facilitation, strategy facilitation, systems thinking and integral theory practices are her core coaching and facilitation tools.
