Rachel has 20 year’s business experience holding positions in HR and OD and heading up Development & Communications within the Department of Health during a period of significant change. In 2007, Rachel joined Farsight Leadership Ltd where she established herself as a consultant and quickly extended her knowledge of the private sector, working with companies such as Unilever, Lloyds TSB and Arriva as well as continuing to provide coaching to the Department of Health and NHS. She now runs her own business, Thinkingstream and specialises in Executive Coaching & Leadership Development.
