Rebecca is an experienced psychologist, and organisational and leadership development coach and consultant. In her early career she worked for five years as a psychologist and family therapist in a variety of clinical contexts in the UK and Australia. More recently she has worked with consultancies and held senior organisational and leadership development roles within blue chip global organisations including Kimberly-Clark, Deloitte, BP and Clarks International.
Rebecca is driven by her passion to rehumanise work and leadership whilst also establishing individual and collective inquiry towards creating positive shifts in social and natural ecosystems. She works systemically, looking holistically at the situation and exploring sustainable change rather than seeking a ‘quick fix’. She particularly enjoys helping individuals think deeply and independently, to help them transform within their current and future contexts, both personally and professionally. She takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to her work that is focused on helping add value to the individual, the organisation, and all of its stakeholders.
She has also been a supervisor of other psychologists and coaches, supporting them with their own development for almost 25 years. Her qualifications include a Psychology BSc, MBA, Coaching and Behavioural Change MSc and Coaching Supervision Certificate. She is an Authorised Leadership Development Framework Coach with Harthill and a certified Time to Think Coach.
