Sanja Moll is a certified coach working with founders and leaders of entrepreneurial companies seeking to grow themselves and their companies, as well as to flourish and to thrive personally.
She supports clients via 1:1 coaching and joint coaching programmes for co-founders. She also carries out strategy and vision workshops, company training days and 360s. She uses the Thinking Environment alongside neuroscience-based coaching and practical business knowledge to create awareness and change in clients.
She is driven by enabling leaders and teams to put what they preach into practice via the embedding of cultural values throughout the company and in creating an honest environment with open communication.
Sanja’s background is in hospitality as founder of Salt Yard Group; a group of 5 restaurants in central London. Sanja co-founded the company in 2005, part-exited to private equity in 2014 before returning as executive chair in 2017 and selling the company in 2018.
She is on the advisory board for Luminary Bakery; the London social enterprise that bakes beautiful cakes whilst supporting disadvantaged women.
She appeared in BBC2’s Million Pound Menu as an investor/judge in 2019. She regularly speaks on panels on entrepreneurship as well as investing.
Sanja was an active member of Investing Women, Scotland’s only female angel investing group from 2014-2018, investing in numerous female-led companies and championing female entrepreneurs.
