Servane has a breadth of experience facilitating, coaching and advising in the social entrepreneurship, and social investment sector around the world. In the past two decades, she supported 10,000 leaders in small to large campaigning and social innovation organisations, from startups to boards of large arm length bodies, helping them to trust, collaborate and communicate efficiently and turn ideas into positive actions.
Over the years she has deepened her knowledge of a wide range of social, environmental, governance and cultural issues, which has informed her facilitation and coaching skills.
She creates safe spaces and offers an awareness-driven approach that combines deep listening, foresight techniques, rigour, elegance and imagination.
A Thinking Environment and Conscious Innovation coach, Servane is also trained in Conflict Management Coaching and Neuroleadership Executive Coaching.
She lives in North London with Alan, her partner, Milig, her son and Coca, the cat, and loves playing Capoeira, the Brazilian martial art.
