A Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist with experience in both the private and public sector. As a psychologist with the College of Policing for over a decade, Susie worked with teams to design and deliver assessment and development programmes from entry through to Senior levels of policing. Her work then took her into the field of neurodiversity, working with adults with neuro-differences in the workplace including assessment, training, and coaching.
Now an independent Psychologist, and still passionate about supporting difference, Susie divides her time between conducting research towards a PhD in Psychology, as well as training, and coaching clients. Never one to sit still, she also enjoys some lecturing in Psychology and delivering professional development workshops on ‘creating quality thinking space’ to internal coaches through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Susie is a qualified Time to Think® Teacher, Facilitator and Coach.« Back
