A Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist with experience in both the private and public sector. As an occupational psychologist Susie developed and managed a coaching programme for the first membership body for policing. Now working as an independent psychologist, Susie delivers training including professional development workshops to internal coaches through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Susie also supports neurodivergent individuals in the workplace through assessment and coaching. She has a PhD in Psychology on the topic of the motherhood penalty and is an associate lecturer with Northumbria University.
