Profile: After twenty years working for Morgan Stanley, PricewaterhouseCoopers and other global corporations, Tara was keen to support talented leaders improve their personal satisfaction and productivity at work. She founded Lime Trees Road, an executive coaching service in 2009 where she provides Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Facilitation services. Tara works mostly for Global Corporations such as Microsoft, ICON, Bacardi, HSBC, PaddyPowerBetfair, Linkedin and Zurich Financial Services. She also works in the public sector for the Failte Ireland and the Senior Civil Service. Her clients invariably are senior exectutives tasked with considerable commerical challenge, often experiencing signficant change in their respective industries. Tara is employed to support executives in that period of transition. Tara integrates Executive Coaching Conversations and Psychometric diagnostics (ability, personality, motivation 360°) to help individuals raise their level of self-awareness and recognise and understand their own strengths and vulnerabilities in dealing with workplace challenges in the context of their role & responsibilities and with respect to organisational change. Prior to founding Lime Trees Road LTD, Tara was an Investment banker for Morgan Stanley and the Bank of Montreal. After that she was a leading corporate Headhunter, in London, Europe and Wall Street. Somewhere along the way she even managed to spend two years as an Interior Designer for the Hyatt Hotel group in the Cayman Islands. Tara works alongside companies, teams and individuals to identify the change, or desired outcomes required of any Coaching Assignment. Tara is considered a thinking partner for her clients. She trusts their own wisdom and expertise to know what is necessary and then goes about helping her clients make the identified shift. Often this is a new perspective, a reframing of old beliefs or a new reaslisation after some dialogue. Her business has enjoyed considerable growth over the last few years and this is attributed to her skill as a coach, the relationship she builds with clients. Clients appreciate her empathy and knowledge, built up over many years working with the executive leaders of corporations big and small in Europe and the USA. Tara is passionate about coaching and believes in its efficacy as an approach to learning and change.
