Vandena has over 15 years of senior leadership experience in large organisations, where she successfully led teams to achieve break through results. As a leader, Vandena grew curious about inspiring the best performance in people, teams, and organisations. Vandena’s introduction in 2010 to the conditions that encouraged independent thinking on a Nancy Kline Foundation Program followed by a coaching program for leaders in 2011 was the start of her transformation into a leader that created a culture for collaboration where different perspectives were valued, ideas flourished, and people and teams found their own way to work well together. From this interest in human performance, Vandena found her vocation as a coach. Vandena feels a sense of deep fulfilment helping people unlock their potential and access meaning in all levels of life. Vandena is motivated to help people find the best in themselves so that they can live life in joy.
In addition to the Time to Think Coach certification Vandena is working towards certification from the iCoach Academy in London to become a professional coach. Vandena has a Chemical Engineering Degree and a Master’s in Business Administration from UCT GSB. Vandena has worked in petrochemical, management consulting and financial services and has had exposure to project and program management, operations management, direct and digital marketing, and general management.« Back
