Wendy supports teams, executives and organisations to achieve and excel in their aims through delivering bespoke development solutions, which capitalise on and values people potential. She uses a range of leadership tools and creative coaching methodologies in order to help teams / individuals identify and take the necessary steps to achieve their goals. Others say, her ability to build rapport and trust quickly allows others to develop their strengths, challenge their assumptions and behavior, access their motivation and energy, step out of their comfort zones and achieve beyond their expectations.
Wendy first trained in the thinking environment in 1995; this work and it’s principles of creating an environment for people to think for themselves, underpins all her work.
In 1997 Wendy founded her own coaching and training business and works with other quality training and coaching organisations supporting their clients. Wendy gained her strong commercial acumen, understanding of organisational dynamics and results oriented approach, building and managing sales teams, securing new business and managing key accounts in the pharmaceutical and IT arenas.
