Entering their 4th year of running, Thinking Partnership Teacher Development Events are days that I truly look forward to.  I love the opportunity of engaging and learning with Thinking Environment practitioners who are teaching The Thinking Partnership.

To begin with, I think of the Thinking Partnership Course, and the Thinking Session itself, as the beating heart of this approach to working with people that enables the conditions for the possibility of finely nuanced, intelligent thinking, feeling and being.

In addition, I also think that of all our programmes, The Thinking Partnership course is the one that demands the most athletic practice of the skills of being an expert-explorer.  Furthermore, the Thinking Session keeps developing as a process, in leaps and bounds sometimes.  So, maybe what I love the most about these sessions is the rich combination of peer practice and learning that comes from creating the most psychologically safe space we can possibly achieve so that we all feel free to roll our sleeves up and dive in to the ever evolving aspects of the session, developing confidence and skill in how to teach it.

I always leave these sessions feeling very blessed and honoured to have been in the company of such courageous, whole-hearted learning curve engagement, amazed by how we gift each other so much by being willing to not know and give things a go!

I deliberately keep the groups small to allow for the intimacy required.  (Maximum 8 places)
