Tim has a distinguished reputation for marketing, management, progressive thinking & advocacy within the entertainment industry. From playing in bands to co-founding One Little Indian Records (home of Bjork) to holding senior management roles for Universal Music, Sony Music & Inertia Music in Australia, Tim has worked across all sectors, from start ups to multi-national corporations, & with some of the biggest names in music.

Open Collar combines Tim’s extensive creative industry experience with The Thinking Environment. This transformational work provides leaders with the processes & rigour to enable innovative & creative environments to flourish whilst simultaneously promoting employee well-being.

Tim holds a BA (Hons) from the University of London, guests as an Academic Lecturer at the Australian Institute of Music & has presented at national & international conferences. His passion for music is a constant source of inspiration & he is often found in a deep dive with his record collection at the weekends!
