I use Time To Think in my role as a leader at work. Together with my management team and my board I can see what benefits I have from Time to Think
The quote: “Cold head, warm heart and clean hands” is a summary of what the ten components of a thinking environment means to me.
To be in a thinking environment, I need to be able to feel trust in order to be here and now with my attention. I am safe with myself and always rely on a warm heart and clean hands. To have a cold head requires a calm around me.
