Alice is passionate about enabling leaders and teams to thrive in a fast-changing world. She
is an adaptable people developer with over 20 years of mentoring and leadership
experience in complex multicultural environments. Alice brings experience as a Programme
Manager and leader of technical and business programmes in the UK and globally, including
coaching and developing Senior leaders.

Alice’s approach to coaching is positive and provides a safe space for her clients to explore
their potential for growth and development to achieve their purpose. She listens to support
her client’s independent thinking in a generative thinking environment. Alice draws on a
range of knowledge and tools including Time to Think, C-IQ (Conversational Intelligence) and
Neuroscience.

Alice’s credentials include ICF PCC (Professional Certificate in Coaching) with over 1500
hours of coaching executives and senior leaders. She has a business MBA and an MSc in
management research methods, broadening the range of perspectives she brings to
coaching clients.
