I first encountered the power of leadership coaching in 2012 during a young leadership development program at the University of Bonn, Germany. This experience sparked my curiousity and later my own work in professional, organizational and leadership development. In 2021, I was introduced to the the transformative potential of the Thinking Environment and have introduced aspects of it into all of my working contexts. I am a qualified Time to Think coach and facilitator (working in German and English), and I am passionate about working together with individuals and teams across diverse sectors, with a particular focus on education.”

With two decades of experience in the education sector, I have worked across both secondary and higher education. My academic and professional journey has included teaching and research roles at institutions in Germany (Freiburg, Bonn, Göttingen, Konstanz), Canada (Guelph, Ontario), Sweden (Kalmar-Växjö), Poland (Pozna?), and the United Kingdom (Oxford). I hold a doctorate (Dr.phil.) from the University of Freiburg and have since collaborated with a range of educational institutions as well as international organisations, including the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. Currently, I serve as teacher, lecturer, teacher trainer and organizational development consultant for a number of institutions. In these roles, I support educators, school leadership teams, and public institutions in navigating change, strengthening professional practice, and facilitating the development of inclusive, learning-oriented environments in which every voice is heard and valued.
