I am an independent, trauma-informed coach and Time to Think facilitator who holds a deep belief in everyone’s ability to think for themselves. This belief is rooted in the understanding that when we curate an environment where true thinking is possible, harm is radically reduced, problems become infinitely solvable and connections reach a depth that is rare and beautiful.
My specialisms include:
  • 1:1 Thinking Environment sessions, specifically with clients ready to release racialised trauma.
  • Mediation and facilitated dialogue to support conflict resolution and team culture within organisations.
  • Inclusion, allyship and anti-racism work within organisations; supporting teams and leaders to build cultures of safety, trust and accountability.
  • Programmes for white-bodied independent coaches, consultants and facilitators, who want to practise inclusion with integrity, and attract clients from across the globe.
