Sue Pemberton has over 25 years’ experience in organisational leadership and now works as an Executive Coach. She has worked across demanding specialisms including risk assessment, information security, insider risk and HR and has led cross-organisational transformation projects. As a senior leader, she is used to dealing with many of the issues people encounter in the workplace such as working under pressure or working with intractable stakeholders. She’s encountered imposter syndrome and much more. And learnt first-hand how appropriate coaching can overcome challenges like these, allowing individuals to thrive and organisations grow.

The right coaching can be a game-changer for anyone. But in particular Sue is passionate about the positive impact coaching can have via Time to Think coaching and deep listening. Sue also specialises in Executive coaching for neurodivergent individuals.

Sue is a fully qualified and accredited coach with the EMCC and ICF. She has been formally practicing coaching since 2019.
