I spent the first 16 years of my career in consumer marketing, working across the fast-moving consumer goods sector and progressing to Board level within publishing. After taking time out to focus on my children, I chose to follow a long-standing interest in people and team development, joining PTS Insight. Alongside my client work, I gained qualifications in Psychometric Assessment and Executive Coaching.

As my work evolved, I became increasingly involved in facilitating senior leadership teams, particularly within the public sector. In 2022, reading Time To Think by Nancy Kline was a pivotal moment. It fundamentally reshaped how I approached facilitation and coaching. I immersed myself further in the methodology, attending workshops and ultimately qualifying as a Time To Think Facilitator.

Given how much of our working lives are spent in meetings, I believe it’s essential to create environments where every voice is genuinely heard and meaningful progress can be made. I’ve seen repeatedly that the quality of thinking within a team directly influences outcomes, culture, and the ability to unlock people’s best contributions.

Today, I specialise in facilitating team sessions and delivering transforming meeting workshops that help organisations harness the power of high-quality thinking and more effective collaboration.
