Anna-Karin brings many years of experience as a global leader, having worked in the pharmaceutical industry and Regulatory Affairs — first in Sweden and now in the US. Her career has spanned local, regional, and global roles across multiple therapeutic areas, including establishing Regulatory Centers of Excellence, and she has led teams across the US, UK, Sweden, Poland, India, Spain, and Canada — giving her deep, first-hand experience of leading across cultures and environments. Alongside her regulatory work, she has maintained a strong focus on learning and development, leading numerous learning initiatives that support people and teams to grow and perform at their best.
Anna-Karin discovered the Thinking Environment a few years ago and immediately saw its potential: creating spaces — at work and at home — where the best thinking can happen, with the power to transform how people work, interact, and simply be.
She began applying the Thinking Environment in corporate settings, and it now forms a foundation of her work as a consultant for red10 People Development. Anna-Karin deeply believes that the components of the Thinking Environment unlock innovative thinking, making it an essential enabler for organizations that put innovation at the heart of what they do.
As a certified Thinking Environment facilitator, Anna-Karin is passionate about expanding the reach of the framework and introducing it to new audiences. As a Time to Think Collegiate member, she continues to deepen her practice, staying close to the latest research and thinking in the field.
