As a passionate champion of life-long learning, I believe individuals are often capable of far more than they realise. I have been blessed in seeing how using the Thinking Environment approach in all training as well as day to day BE-ing enables people to access their potential quickly and in a way that can profoundly change their outlook. Currently working as a Senior Manager in HR: Learning & Development for one of the top 5 leading financial services collections providers in South Africa. My key goals are to BE the 10 components in every aspect of my day to day life and sharing this on a professional and personal platform to support transforming lives.
