Coach

I’m a Time to Think coach and also an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

My academic background is in history, economics and law.  I practised as a City lawyer for about 27 years before re-qualifying as a coach. My coaching practice is oriented toward leaders, executives, and professionals and is founded on the principle that people flourish given the space and time within which to do their own independent thinking.  I particularly enjoy supporting people in their professional and personal development, building resilience, emotional intelligence and personal effectiveness.

I love music, food, being active and spending time with friends. I have a passion for lifelong learning and am currently studying towards an MA in philosophy.
