Dina Cramer is an internationally qualified professional coach (ICF PCC) and has an Honours Degree in Psychology. She has been designing and facilitating personal and leadership development programmes for the corporate and private sector for over 20 years and has coached executives at some of the top multinational companies and government departments in South Africa: ABSA, Standard Bank, Liberty Life, Sanlam Capital Markets, SARS, Transnet, Gauteng Department of Education, Department of Health (Barawanath and Natalspruit Hospitals), Gold Reef Resorts, Spar, AVI (Avision, National Brands, Console Glass), Sanofi Aventis, Interfile, The Sourcing Group, Associated Loss Adjusters, Derivco, Department of Housing, Department of Foreign Affairs, Questek and Glaxo Smithkline to name a few.
Dina is a subject matter expert on all areas of leadership, coaching and soft skills development. She is a published author and and has written articles on Coaching, Stress Management and Meditation for The Citizen newspaper. She is published in other publications such as Health 24, All 4 Women, Psychology Magazine and Health Encounters. She has also been a guest on various television and radio stations, such as 702, Morning Live, 3 Talk, SABC News International, and CNBC.
Dina’s coaching focuses on building passion, purpose, and consciousness through the development of integrity and responsibility, energy and commitment. Her coaching provides measurable and significant improvements that can be translated into organizational productivity and success as well as knowledge transfer. She creates Thinking Environments for her clients and is a qualified “Thinking Environment™” and “Transforming Meetings™” facilitator.
Dina is also an internationally qualified Equine Assisted Growth and Learning coach (EAGALA) and specializes in using human-horse interaction in one on one as well as team coaching. She is also becoming a Strengths Aligned Coach using Clifton Strengthfinders.
Dina is passionate about coaching and teaching coaching as a management style. She managed the mentor division of ORT JET, an NGO that provides entrepreneurial training and mentorship from 2010-mid 2012. Dina has been part of the Extended Leadership Team for Symphonia for South Africa, Partners for Possibility (PfP) since 2013. PfP is an NPO award winning leadership development programme that partners business leaders and principals from under-resourced schools on a yearlong leadership development journey to bring about transformation and improvement in the education system. She is a Supervisory Coach and supervises PfP coaches in Gauteng and KZN. In this way she plays her part in contributing positively to the future of South Africa. Dina is a single mom of four sons and is passionate about supporting working moms realize that they can create success in the workplace and at home with ease and grace rather than stress and struggle. Her product is called Modern Day Superwoman.
